Ethics in fashion photography

1. List the changes that were made to the model's face in the computer. (Look carefully)

Her eye were widen, her neck was stretched, her hair was fixed, her lips were fixed, they changed the thickness of her neck and changed the color on her face.

2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not?
No, because they should be them self and not try to be another.

3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
Yes there is.

4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
Changes in hair and make up are okay, and body disfiguration isn't.

5. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism.
Fashion photography focuses more on models and fake beauty and photojournalism is more about the nature of people and the real world.

6. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each?
photography is picking reality and putting in on a piece of paper.
